BatOnGame Terms and Conditions
These Rules govern the relationship between BatOnGame and its customers. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms regarding bet acceptance, payouts, dispute resolution, and specific betting conditions for various sports.
- Bet — An agreement between BatOnGame and the customer for potential winnings on an event with an uncertain outcome. All bets are accepted under conditions determined by BatOnGame.
- Outcome — The final result of an event on which a bet has been placed.
- Customer — Any individual who uses BatOnGame services to place bets.
- Bet Cancellation — A situation where a bet is not settled and no payout is made. The stake is returned to the customer’s account.
- Regular Time — The standard duration of a sporting event, including any added time by officials. Overtime periods and penalty shootouts are excluded unless otherwise specified.
General Terms
By registering on BatOnGame, users accept these terms and conditions. Should these terms be updated, existing customers may discontinue using the platform if they disagree with the changes. Updated terms become effective fourteen (14) days after publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
Eligibility
Bets are accepted only from individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and do not suffer from gambling addiction.
The following persons are prohibited from using BatOnGame:
- Individuals under 18 years of age
- Athletes, coaches, referees, club officials, or anyone who may directly influence or have insider knowledge of event outcomes, as well as persons acting on their behalf
- Employees or representatives of competing bookmakers
- Users who have been previously restricted or banned from gambling activities
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to BatOnGame may be prohibited in certain countries, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Cyprus. We do not target or solicit players from restricted jurisdictions.
The availability of our website in a particular country or language does not constitute an invitation to register, deposit, or participate in gambling activities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before creating an account. If we determine that a customer resides in a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to close the account and refund the remaining balance, minus any winnings accrued during unauthorised use.
Bet Acceptance and Settlement
BatOnGame reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason. All bets are settled based on data from our official processing systems.
Payouts are processed within thirty (30) days of the official announcement of results for the final event in a bet slip. A bet is considered won when all selected outcomes are correctly predicted.
Odds, betting markets, and stake limits may change at any time. However, changes will not affect bets already placed. Please verify all conditions before confirming your bet.
In the event of technical failures affecting eSports events or incomplete streams, bets will be refunded only if they have not already been settled.
If an error occurs during bet acceptance, or if a bet does not comply with these Rules, BatOnGame reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake at odds of 1.0.
Match Integrity
BatOnGame is committed to fair play and cooperates with international sports organisations to combat match-fixing. We comply with the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions.
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend betting on an event and void related bets, refunding stakes at odds of 1.0. BatOnGame is not obligated to provide evidence or explanations in such cases.
Bets placed from third-party accounts, duplicate accounts, or by users exhibiting unusual behaviour may be voided without notice.
Amendments to Rules
BatOnGame may amend these Rules at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication. Bets placed after publication are subject to the updated terms. Bets placed prior to amendments will be settled according to the rules in effect at the time of placement.
By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the associated odds and accept the risk of losing your stake.
