4. Financial Transactions

- Currency: All bets and transactions on Batongame are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Deposits: Users can deposit funds using supported payment methods (e.g., mobile banking, bank cards, e-wallets). Deposits are processed instantly, but delays may occur due to third-party services. Batongame is not responsible for such delays.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. Users may be required to provide identification documents to verify ownership of the payment method.
- Minimum and Maximum Limits: The minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT, and the maximum depends on the payment method. Withdrawal limits are specified on the “Payments” page.
- Fees: Batongame does not charge fees for transactions, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Users are responsible for covering such fees.
- Fraud Prevention: Batongame reserves the right to review all transactions for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. If discrepancies are found (e.g., mismatched cardholder and account holder details), deposits may be refunded, and the account may be suspended.
- Betting Requirement: To withdraw funds, users must wager at least 70% of their deposited amount on Batongame.
5. Betting Rules

- Types of Bets:
- Single Bet: A bet on a single event. Winnings are calculated as the bet amount multiplied by the odds.
- Multiple Bet (Accumulator): A bet on two or more unrelated events. Winnings are calculated by multiplying the bet amount by the combined odds of all events.
- 1X2: Bet on a home win (1), draw (X), or away win (2). The bet wins if the predicted outcome matches the result.
- Double Chance: Bet on two outcomes (e.g., 1X – home win or draw; X2 – away win or draw). The bet wins if either outcome occurs.
- Total (Over/Under): Bet on whether the total goals/points in a match will be over or under a specified number.
- Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted based on the current line of events and odds. Once a bet is placed, its conditions remain unchanged, even if the line updates.
- Invalid Bets: Pre-match bets placed after an event has started are invalid and will be refunded.
- Event Timing: The date and time of events displayed in the line are for informational purposes only. Bets placed before the event starts remain valid, even if the displayed time is incorrect.
- VIP Bets: Users wishing to place bets above the specified maximum can request a VIP bet. The minimum VIP bet amount is 10,000 BDT, and the request must be made at least 20 minutes before the event starts. Batongame reserves the right to accept or decline VIP bets within 15 minutes.
6. User Responsibilities
To ensure a fair and secure betting environment, users must adhere to the following:
- Provide accurate personal information during registration. Batongame may request identification documents to verify identity.
- Keep login credentials (username and password) confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, users must notify customer support immediately.
- Refrain from creating multiple accounts. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension.
- Comply with local laws in Bangladesh regarding online betting. Batongame is not responsible for users’ failure to adhere to legal requirements.
